Elise Lussier started her position as Information Technology Officer in March of 2019. Career highlights include working at IBM for over 20 years, progressing through all levels of software engineering until reaching Advisory Software Engineer and Software Developer. Elise also achieved, Customer Relations Manager - the first person hired of only five (5) that existed in the United States at the time. In this role, she traveled extensively across the U.S. serving as the point of contact for IBM’s Western Region client base. After two years in that role, she accepted a job as the Canadian Revenue Team Lead at IBM where she was responsible for all the revenue generated in Canada for her division. These experiences have given her a powerful focus on information technology, marketing, trends, service, and strategies that mobilizes customer-centric business approaches and solutions to transform the way companies interact with their customers.

Elise is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder where she studied math and chemistry. Passionate about travel, arts, community, and the great outdoors, she has visited Canada, Mexico, and Europe. She is a talented concert violinist performing in three orchestras. Elise also studied Japanese Shudokan for 10 years which is a karate style incorporating kicks, body strength, and stability. Elise has visited most of the National Parks in the U.S. If that doesn’t impress, she enjoys the personal satisfaction and bragging rights to have hiked 11 of the iconic 14,000-foot peaks, called 14ers – Colorado’s highest summits.
