Becoming a member is the first step to finding your AISES family and joining our circle of support. At AISES we seek to honor and amplify our shared ancestral knowledge throughout our communities. The AISES staff, board, elders, and members represent the threads that make up our circle of support; a circle that exists to build up Indigenous individuals and communities to be independent, successful, and joyful.
Today’s AISES PK12 members are tomorrow’s future engineers, doctors, and leaders.
AISES works to increase the Indigenous representation in STEM by providing resources, support, and coaching to our youngest members.
As early as 4th grade, students begin trending away from STEM fields. Our student-first programs work to curve that trend by utilizing traditional Indigenous knowledge and ways of learning to guide our PK12 members and help them achieve their greatest potential in the classroom and beyond.
Get students started early! AISES PK- 12 affiliation is open to all primary and secondary schools serving Native American, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander students.
