Zachary Vicenti

Zachary joins AISES as a valuable part of the technology and business environment as an Information Technology Officer. He will provide his leadership in the day-to-day operations of the help desk serving as the first point of contact to employees. His primary responsibilities will be to provide problem solving for close to 30 employees working in the AISES headquarters and remote Colorado, Arizona, Massachusetts, and Oklahoma locations. Other duties will include structuring support processes, productivity, and hardware or software issues.

Zachary has worked in the technology industry for five years. In 2016, he completed an associate of science degree in computer science from San Juan Community College. In 2019, he completed a BS in Computer Information Systems from the Minnesota State University, Mankato. Before joining AISES, Zachary was employed at Aveda - one of the many brands under the Estee Lauder Companies - where he worked as a Lead Field Service Engineer.

During his undergraduate studies at San Juan Community College, Zachary became involved with the AISES student chapter. There he served both as a student member and the Chapter Vice President. While at San Juan Community College, Jessica and Shawn Tsabetsaye sponsored Zachary as a lifetime AISES Sequoyah Fellow.

Zachary grew up in Zuni, New Mexico and he belongs to the Zuni and Jemez Pueblos. He brings many skills in addition to his technology abilities. Zachary’s hobbies include crafting, helping others and expanding his knowledge in new areas. He is passionate about photography. He lives in Minneapolis with his wife, two sons, and a puppy.
