Empowering Indigenous women professionals in STEM leadership.
The Luce Rematriation program, funded by the Henry Luce Foundation, is an empowering and supportive mentorship program to support the holistic development and advancement of Indigenous professional womxn in STEM. Supporting Indigenous womxn in all areas of industry and academia, the program provides a culturally-relevant and vibrant community of professional, spiritual and emotional support so that Indigenous womxn can thrive in STEM organizations. What distinguishes this program from other professional development for womxn in STEM is its centering of Indigenous values and ways of being a good relative.
Another important facet of this program is its focus on systemic change within STEM workplaces.
