Jade Blankenship, an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, serves as Accountant for AISES, supporting the finance team within the Shared Services Department and partnering with the programs team on grant financial administration, budget tracking, and audit preparation.

Jade is an accomplished Indigenous business leader based in Cherokee, North Carolina, with a background spanning accounting, grants management, entrepreneurship, and financial oversight in Tribal and nonprofit communities. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from Western Carolina University, where she is currently pursuing a Master of Project Management. She is also active in Tribal community leadership, serving on the board of a Native CDFI and supporting nonprofit work dedicated to advancing financial wellness in Tribal communities. Her contributions have earned her the 2023 NCAIED Native Woman-Owned Business of the Year Award and the 2026 NCAIED Native American 40 Under 40 Award.
