Building Future STEM Leaders Through Mentorship

The AISES Full-Circle Mentorship program matches college student and professional AISES members in traditional and peer-to-peer academic and career mentoring. The mentorship program is open to college students and professionals at all stages of their career.

With AISES coordination, participants will co-create a mentorship commitment plan, check-in monthly, and are encouraged to participate in webinars to enhance their mentorship relationship.

Mentorship Requirements:

  • AISES Membership
  • Mentees: College students and early career professionals (less than five year's experience)
  • Mentors: Early career and later professionals are eligible
