Planned discussion will include:
-A brief overview of the Office of Indian Gaming and their work to support the Office of the Assistant Secretary – Indian Affairs
-A brief overview of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act and its history
-Discussion of how gaming has evolved since the passage of IGRA, including advancements in gaming technology.
-Discussion of some evolving trends in gaming (tribal and state licensed) particularly mobile gaming.
-Discuss how technology and the law interact in the developing space of mobile gaming.
-Open to a Q&A with the students.
