Karla Kramer, a citizen of the Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma where she grew up, joined AISES in October 2024. Since graduating from college, she has made the Washington, DC area her home on the ancestral lands of the Piscataway and Nacotchtank people. Lisa (Pawnee/Comanche) has been with AISES since 2012 in various capacities. She has worked in the Administrative, Development, and Communications departments, before leading the Membership department and then worked to become the Managing Director of Engagement & Advocacy. Lisa’s experience includes an extensive background in sales, event coordination, communications, and business administration. Lisa grew up in New Mexico and still lives there with her husband, two kids, and two dogs.

Raelene is an enrolled member of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma and Kiowa and brings over 21 years of experience in the finance industry with the majority of those years working in commercial and corporate lending.  Nonprofit is a new endeavor for her however, she is looking forward to the personal satisfaction of doing something good for the world we live in and enriching Indigenous communities.
