Description of News Story Image

Amazon is hosting its first-ever career enrichment summit to uplift Black, Latinx, and Native American students and professionals of all backgrounds and experience levels. Summit participants will learn more about Amazon’s global business ecosystem, the role innovation, invention, and intrapreneurship play in building the future at the speed of Amazon, and our customer-obsessed culture of diversity and inclusion that inspires everything we do. Black, Latinx, and Native American leaders and employees will share what it’s like to work at Amazon, and why representation and authenticity matter. Recruiters and hiring managers from across Amazon will share insights about the 14 Leadership Principles we use daily, current job opportunities, and the application and interview process. The summit is free and open to all.

Represent The Future Summit will feature more than 70 Amazon senior executives, leaders, and employees from across the company, sharing more about their personal backgrounds, professional experiences, and why they choose to build the future at Amazon every single day. The experience will also include a podcast-style fireside chat with an external speaker who will share her remarkable journey from food-stamp recipient to venture capitalist, three DJ’s spinning throughout each day, and the summit will end with a performance by a GRAMMY-nominated duo! Participants will enjoy a virtual photo booth for fun photos and professional headshots, a chance to win surprise giveaways and a piece of custom swag, and much more! Visit for the full two-day agenda including summit speaker bios. This is an event you and your network do not want to miss!

Please accept this invitation to register for the Represent The Future Summit, and share with Black, Latinx, and Native American classmates, colleagues, and communities.
