In collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer and Sr. Finance and HR Officer, this position will perform critical accounting and bookkeeping duties for the American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES). This position will coordinate with the Director of Membership Engagement and Advocacy who serves as the Director of the New Mexico office.

Duties and responsibilities for this position include accounts payable, Winds of Change Magazine accounts receivable, credit card reconciliation, collections for events, state registrations, tax exemption project and other accounting duties as assigned.
