Board of Trustees

The AISES Foundation is a 501 © (3) non-profit public benefit corporation. It is organized to encourage private gifts, endowments, trusts, and bequests for the benefit of the American Indian Science and Engineering Society. The AISES Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees, who are vested by law with all the powers and authority to effectively govern and set policy for the AISES Foundation.

The Board of Trustees’ membership includes professional, business, and philanthropic leaders who have a dedicated interest in the future of AISES. The Board shall receive no compensation but may be reimbursed upon request for travel and per diem expenses as provided in the by laws. The boards primary mission is solicit, receive, invest and maintain foundation money and endowment funds for future disbursement to the American Indian Science and Engineering Society, a non-profit 501 © (3) organization.
