After 10 years at a drawing board and 15 using computer design programs, I returned to school to pursue social work, specifically Child and Family Studies. Following graduation, I returned to design work... it pays better. I have and always will be involved in helping others in a social work sense, but also like the creativity of design and working with other designing minds. One fulfills me as a person, while the other fulfills me as a citizen. I'm married to an engineer and have a musician son... one stimulates my nerdy nature and the other my artistic side. |
