Laura Odegaard
AISES Undergraduate Student
I was a member of the honor society in high school and graduated with honors, as well as participated in the school chorus and varsity basketball cheerleading, making cheerleading captain my senior year. I volunteered at the American Cancer Society in Missoula, MT from the fall of 2006 to the spring of 2007. More recently I have participated in various community Blood Pressure Clinics throughout the Flathead Valley with Frontier Hospice throughout the summer of 2009. I have also received the Nursing Diversity Scholarship for the 2009-2010 Academic Year and recently became a member of the American Indian Sci! ence and Engineering Society (AISES). I hope to graduate with my BSN in 2013, my main goal in life besides becoming an RN would be to make a difference in someone's life and to continue to help people in any way that I can. |
