Bylaws
AISES is organized to operate according to the AISES Bylaws. AISES is a charitable non-profit organization. It is the responsibility of the Board to ensure the Society stays focused on the mission and to guide the headquarters' operations. The Executive Director is employed by the Board and is directed to lead the day-to-day business of the Society.

Code of Conduct
AISES adheres to a Code of Conduct during all AISES events and functions. AISES strongly encourages the promotion of the Code of Conduct in a positive manner when hosting, sponsoring or participating at an AISES event in order to assist in creating a safe and positive environment for all participants.
